The Virginia Municipal League recently hosted their Annual Legislative Day on January 30th at the State Capitol in Richmond. It was attended by Virginia’s newly Governor, Ralph Northam as well as Senators and Delegates from throughout the Commonwealth. Middleburg was represented by Councilman Bridge Littleton at this event.
